$100.00 initial setup plus $34.95 per month
Initial setup fee includes a comprehensive initial visit and administrative fees for managing membership. Members will only pay $40.00 per follow up, get well or stay well visit. Follow-ups can also be for hormone optimization or medication assisted weight loss. Members will also pay introductory prices for IV nutrition/hydration services for as long as they maintain their membership in 2023. Existing patients will get $75 off one time any IV hydration service when they become members.
